Thanks for the comments all :), i've jus managed to fit HID's to the AFL projector lights aswel so i'll post pictures of those soon.

I have no idea what BHP i have gotten from the intercooler but i got the intercooler from FORGE motorsport. Its a FORGE 100 series universal intercooler with custom pipes to fit it and custom mounts.

Also i fitted a Cupra FR front splitter aswel:

I've fitted a boost gauge now and found that i'm boosting upto 1.7 bar so im very happy!

Also had the V grill colour coded to gloss black now. Soon the mirrors and roof will be gloss black aswel.

Hi all!

I've been doing some modifying to my corsa Diesel 1.7 and have fitted a new 100 series Forge intercooler (60mm core)! Car is running so much better now and it feels like it can breathe more allowing more torque and top end power. I've had all custom pipework fitted to the system made from stainless steel and silicone joints.

Hi

In england u can't get HID kits for the AFL upraded projector headlamps but i was wondering if anywhere in germany or anywhere else in europe could offer these that will work with the new AFL lamps for the corsa?

Any advice and help is appreciated
