Uhhhhh!!!! A cold wind us to not frighten!!!! In Russia rubber is resolved spiked and each automobile owner himself decides - to put spiked or not spiked rubber. In large cities of road strew special reagents, salt already in the past. These reagents corrode pair footwear on the average for a month if every day to go along the street more half an hour....: (In Russia only in large cities are anxious by cleaning of roads, in small cities in it inhabitants often are engaged. My parents who live in 100 km from Moscow each snowfall employ a tractor to clean roads...
