I told them that it must be lower, but they said that it's ok. To my mind, they drill hole so high in case not to damage the outer layer of the hood like it happend to someone from this thread. What's done is done, I think there's no point of trying to repair it. They did it to lot of corsa's in our city. Also they said that they had never seen rust on corsa d's hoods. I'm glad that each hole in the hood was deeply processed with Wuerth cavity wax.

I have the Dremel, but i don't understand what tool (accesory) should I use for dremel to widen the hole. And I'm afraid of doing this.

das Loch ist an der falschen Stelle angebracht !
Das Loch oder besser 3 Löcher müssen auf die Schräge vor der unteren Kante der Motorhaube.
So nah wie möglich nach unten.
So haben auch die Motorhauben der Modellreihe 2013 ihre Löcher !
Eins in der Mitte und an den Ecken links und rechts.
Ein Drehmel ist ein Hochgeschwindigkeitsschleifer !
